Welcome to Sunil James wildlife photography.
I'm passionate about taking photographs of wild creatures, mainly birds. But getting results, now that's the tricky bit - lots of hours, lots of patience, some skill and of course some luck!
Most of my photography I try and do in India and Sultanate of Oman, although I love my country (India) - the sheer variety and availability of birds is astonishing and of course the weather is much better in India.
Just lately I have put a lot of effort into getting images of birds "in action”, which can mean fighting, flying, landing, calling, singing, mating - anything other than just standing there posing. Here are some of the results for you to browse and critique as you see fit. These images are all of “wild birds” and not aviary-kept birds.
